Jungle Theater will produce and present the new play, Fast FWD Motions, about a Hmong-American women's volleyball team by Jungle Theater artist cohort member Katie Ka Vang.

Julie Ahasay: Ahasay is a theater artist and educator who has acted and directed for a number of organizations including: The Duluth Playhouse, Wise Fool Theatre, Lyric Opera of the North, University of Wisconsin-Superior, and Zeitgeist Theater. Ahasay taught at the University of Minnesota Duluth, The College of St. Scholastica, and the Duluth Playhouse Conservatory.; Jon Dahl: Dahl is retired from careers in radio announcing and technical sales. Dahl is a musician and woodworker, performing in choral groups and bell choir and practicing wooden bowl turning and custom furniture production. He holds a BA in photojournalism, studio arts, and art history from the University of Minnesota. ; Deborah Jensen: Jensen is a retired grant administrator for the Metropolitan Regional Arts Council and a current contractor serving as a project analyst for the Legislative-Citizen Commission on Minnesota Resources (LCCMR), where she works with grants from the Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund. She previously served on the board of the Minnesota Weavers Guild.; Zachary Moder: Moder is an actor, musician, author, radio host, and entrepreneur. He has more than a decade's experience in volunteering and entertainment work. He studied communications and served as a member of PBS North's Emerging Leaders Board. ; Tyler Stefanich: Stefanich is an artist and designer. His work, through installations and performances, uses software based systems to explore issues related to history, memory, and identity. Stefanich received a BFA in interactive media from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and a MFA in media art from UCLA (Los Angeles, CA). Currently, he lives in Minnesota and works remotely as manager of the UCLA Game Lab, a creative research center that combines art and technology, and as a system administrator at the now sunsetted Northern Lights, a media arts organization based in Minnesota. ; Quentin Turner: Turner's career has ranged from higher education to collaborative endeavors, with domestic to international focuses. He works at the American Swedish Institute and Hamline University. Other experiences include the Minnesota National Honor Society, the Oral History Association, a survey project in Zanzibar, and the Saint Paul Heritage Preservation Commission. Turner has a BA from Hamline University in history and political science, a MA in heritage studies and public history from the University of Minnesota's College of Design, and a nonacademic certification in civil mediation from the Mediation Center.

Jungle Theater Artistic Cohort member Katie Ka Vang will be supported in the creation and full production of their new play FAST FWD MOTIONS. Participating artists will evaluate their creative experience with surveys; audiences will be surveyed for underrepresented community participation and feelings of engagement and learning, as well as quantitative attendance numbers.
