Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Evaluation Rural artist residencies will be offered to four artists. Each resident will live at The Little Knife Sanctuary for one month and will reside with three other residents. Artists will be provided with private studio and living space, stipend, transportation, and food. The artists will share their work with the public through the open house, future exhibitions and opportunities. Each artist will agree to be part of the open house and to acknowledge The Little Knife Sanctuary and the Arrowhead Regional Arts Council in their future exhibitions, performances, and / or creations. Written Evaluations will be completed before their departure as well as individual departing interviews. Goal Four artists will live and work at The Little Knife Sanctuary from May 15, 2022 until June 15, 2021. Their residencies will culminate in a public Open House on June 15, 2022 which will showcase their work and connect artists with each other and the community. *The artists will all participate in the residency for the one month duration. Resident evaluations will give feedback through written survey and individual mid-residency and final individual interviews. * The Open House attendence and response will be assessed by numbers attended and feedback surveys. Artists will be asked for feedback and input into the open house. * Engage in awareness of the residency, the artists, their work and experiences through Social Media platforms * Engage printed media and community radio to report on the artists and their residency experience.
