They will track ticket sales analytics, social media engagement geography. Having sold-out (tickets are pay-as-you're-able) screening at 2 local venues (likely FDLTCC and one location tbd) will indicate a successful outreach in our local community. Pertaining to the educational goals with audiences reporting learning about new historical figures, we'll use on-site surveys from screening events and surveys sent to our email lists. For goals pertaining to collaboration and networking, there will be a post-production focus group with artists/team asking What worked? What changes are needed? I will be soliciting feedback throughout the entire progress as I mold an animation that reflects the creative vision of the whole time. Positive local press and reviews will also be indicative of success.
