There will be at least 200 audience members for the festival, 50 members participating in productions for the festival, and over 400 artists who will benefit from our workshops on video editing and production. These artists will be able to produce original content, either for the festival or for themselves, and increase their skills in specific video abilities. We will measure our outcome through increased attendance in workshops compared to the prior year; at least 50% of the film festival audience exit interviews will be positive; and we hope to see 100% increase in New Membership in Upstream TV after the festival. Upstream TV will also track the number of viewers of films created and archived on the Upstream TV web site by counting visitors.
