Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

An increase in vendor applications illustrates the need to continue focusing the festival on fine art.The use of personal interviews with art vendors on sales and volume sold gives the committee information to determine next year's budget allocations and to change activities and policies if necessary.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Our goal was to make sure it was a final art festival, no crafts were allowed. It was a juried show. Conversations with the artists and patrons visiting the show assured us that the project was successful.
