This residency provides a quality arts performance and the opportunity for arts education, also helps develop knowledge and skill through the master class.Three measurements of success are the master class survey (before and after class), question-comment cards after the capstone event, and a talkback session with the guest artist.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Music students gained knowledge on technique and performance. Concert and event attendees gained knowledge and insight regarding jazz styles, composers and instruments.
