The number of Minnesotans who are able to participate in the arts increases. They will create a new set of survey questions to include on the current patron survey that asks about how their lighting system contributes to visibility, "mood setting," and overall quality of a given performance. The lighting survey will be given to their board, cast, production crew and staff.
