Stimulate the practice of different art forms among all age groups in the community and draw interest from persons living outside the local community. Measurable outcomes include attendance at events and local art classes and local business sales.Oral interviews with festival attendees, written questionnaires with incentives for completion, data collection on attendance at festival events and local arts classes, follow-up interviews with local businesses.
