Growth, Experience and Motivation Project will provide arts education programs to at-risk youth, ages 5-18, within a four county area.

To provide cultural and environmental based arts to high-risk youth during the school term. To provide college students with leadership skills towards their future goal in teaching youth multi-disciplinary arts in a classroom setting. To offer more local artists the opportunity to expose their works of art to special needs youth.Several types of evaluation questionnaires will be used for the site staff, youth, college students, speakers and team leaders that participate in the programs. There is also a required Story of Success paper that all team leaders complete, which is an observed narrative evaluation of a student that may have struggled and how they have changed and grown through the classes.
