Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

To increase the development of dance and skating skills within the membership by involving a minimum of 75% of students in new skill building opportunities by September 2012. To have higher quality performances by increasing the opportunities to develop skating performance skills, by involving a minimum of 60% of students in performance activities by September 2012.They will document the number of participants in training classes, exhibitions and performance activities. They will have a pre and post assessment of the students by coaches, looking for behavioral and performance changes in the studentÆs skills. A self-evaluation for students participating in each class or activity will be conducted.

Measurable Outcome(s)
