Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

To prepare and present concerts with new, challenging music and assist student musicians to grow in their musical skills. To increase audience attendance by 10% at concerts. To increase community awareness of the youth orchestra through marketing and outreach into new venues.An evaluation form similar to last year will be used. Students will be surveyed at the end of the season and audiences will be surveyed at the spring concert. There will be a self-assessment by the organization to determine if they expanded their marketing and outreach.
