New relationships with members of groups that have traditionally been underserved by the arts or by the applicant organization are built. They will gather and evaluate the outcomes of activities as they relate to their goals. An audience and participant survey will be conducted. They will utilize a number of methods to measure the outcome of activities on the success or failure of our goals.
