The number of Minnesotans who are able to participate in the arts increases. The quality, types and number of arts opportunities in our region, and the organizations or venues that offer them increases. Real or perceived barriers to arts participation and arts access are identified and addressed.The Parent Board will gather and evaluate the outcomes of activities as they relate to our goals. An audience and participant survey will be conducted.

They will present their 36th season as the premier youth marching band for the greater Mankato area, performing in several parades in the area, and purchase some marching baritones and tenor saxophones.
