The number of Minnesotans who are able to participate in the arts increases. The quality, type and number of arts opportunities in our region, and the organizations or venues that offer them increases.We will create a survey that will be distributed with the programs that will be handed out during Park Days. Completed surveys will be collected at several locations in Watona Park during the festival and at the Chamber office in Madelia after the event.
