The number of Minnesotans who are able to participate in the arts increases.Three surveys will be given toward the end of the tour: CityArt Artist Survey, CityArt Impact Survey and the General Public Survey. The CityArt Artist Survey will be giving to artists to gather feedback on their experience with the program. The CityArt Impact Survey will be given to City Center businesses to determine the overall impact that CityArt is having on their business and the community in general.
