The number of Minnesotans who are able to participate in the arts increases. Real or perceived barriers to arts participation and arts access are identified and addressed.They will conduct an audience survey. Also, season ticket sales will be compared to prior years. Both survey and ticket sales will indicate the degree of satisfaction with the concerts booked.
