The number of Minnesotans who are able to participate in the arts increases. Real or perceived barriers to arts participation and arts access are identified and addressed.They will create two exit surveys, one for the audience to complete, the other for the choir members, orchestra and soloists. They also have an Evaluation Plan which addresses their goal statements.
