Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The quality, types and number of arts opportunities in our region, and the organizations or venues that offer them increases. Real or perceived barriers to arts participation and arts access are identified and addressed. The number of Minnesotans who are engaged in arts education and learning opportunities increases. We are thrilled with the results of our survey from last season, reporting 64 responses and useful, actionable information. The survey will be administered at the end of our New Ulm and Mankato series by the Executive Director.

Measurable Outcome(s)

We created an electronic survey and distributed it to participants. The information helps us to find new presenters and update procedures to the conference. Since it had been two years since we had an in-person conference, there were some concerns about navigating the college campus but as students tend to return year after year, we expect comfort in moving between sessions will increase again. We will discuss ideas to better promote the book fair.
