Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The number of Minnesotans who are able to participate in the arts increases. The quality, types and number of arts opportunities in our region, and the organizations or venues that offer them increases. A survey will be conducted in two ways. We will include a QR code survey in the lobby that people can easily mark during intermission or after the performances and we will send an email survey to our patrons and families. All results will be compiled by our Artistic Director.

Measurable Outcome(s)

We learned a lot of information from our survey and have already made changes that will affect our class offerings, requirements, performances and many other aspects. We had about 50% of our survey's audience return the surveys. Specifically we learned things about what days of the week people preferred to have classes on, how many performances the younger dancers should be part of, how to stagger multiple classes so the dancers could better participate in multiple styles of dance instruction and much more.
