Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The number of Minnesotans who are able to participate in the arts increases. The quality, types and number of arts opportunities in our region, and the organizations or venues that offer them increases. New relationships with members of groups that have traditionally been underserved by the arts or by the applicant organization are built. We will conduct a survey which will capture responses to programing altered, due to the pandemic. The Executive Director will make any survey modifications and compile the survey results. In 2020 we also surveyed parents of the children who attended our Children's Creativity Camp and we did a the Google survey that was sent out by Constant Contact email. We had about a 13% response rate on that survey, receiving close to 100 responses. We used the input to modify some of our offerings and to further hone our music and gallery plans. While we had to cancel many of our in person programs, we gained a greater understanding of our constituents expectations and how they wanted to experience the arts during this time.

Measurable Outcome(s)

We chose a targeted approach to surveying our participants this year. That is to say, we offered individual surveys for each type of our programs.
