Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The number of Minnesotans who are able to participate in the arts increases. Real or perceived barriers to arts participation and arts access are identified and addressed. We will use data collection and surveys of students, adults and presenters to measure the goals of YWAC.

Measurable Outcome(s)

There were no changes to our evaluation methods. The project director created an electronic survey and distributed it to students and chaperones. Information helps us to find new presenters and update procedures to the conference. Due to the declaration of peacetime emergency and subsequent school closures two days after the conference, completed evaluation numbers were low.
