Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The number of Minnesotans who are able to participate in the arts increases. Real or perceived barriers to arts participation and arts access are identified and addressed. New relationships with members of groups that have traditionally been underserved by the arts or by the applicant organization are built. A staff member will be responsible for creating survey, distributing and tabulating results.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Because of the openness of the space and the ability of people to come and go it was more difficult to get people to fill out surveys. We had teams of people in wheelchairs handing out and collecting surveys which was a unique experience. I am not sure if I would use this same system again; however, it did engage people attending the event with people in wheelchairs. That may have been the better outcome than the surveys themselves as there was more significant interaction.
