Minnesotans participate in the arts because arts experiences are relevant and accessible to them. Minnesotans learn, grow, or change because they participate in quality arts experiences. Grantee organizations change, expand, or enrich the ways they connect to their communities. Members of groups traditionally underserved by the arts feel authentic relationship to the grantee.
