Minnesotans learn, grow, or change because they participate in quality arts experiences. Minnesotans from groups traditionally underserved by the arts or the grantee organization feel they have an authentic relationship to the grantee. Survey, Observed Behavior Change, Data Collection.
The students learned, grew and changed by participating in the theatre camps, and performances. They forged authentic relationships with the other students, teaching artists, and the director.
