Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The number of Minnesotans who are able to participate in the arts increases. The quality, types and number of arts opportunities in our region, and the organizations or venues that offer them increases. We will have a survey at the end of the camp as well as an online survey for families of the NUSSM at the end of the fall semester. We have a parent volunteer, Mary Glawe, who has graciously helped our co-directors complete this for us in the past and we anticipate she will do this for us again.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Yes, we achieved our planned outcomes. We changed how we surveyed our students, from online surveys to paper surveys with a candy reward. We are happy to report that we had 100% participation with this method! We will use the information gathered to plan future Pops Camps and restructure our organizational proceedures.
