Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The number of Minnesotans who are able to participate in the arts increases. The quality, types and number of arts opportunities in our region, and the organizations or venues that offer them increases. Real or perceived barriers to arts participation and arts access are identified and addressed. New relationships with members of groups that have traditionally been underserved by the arts or by the applicant organization are built. Joan Mooney produced the survey based on example provided by PLRAC. We have the program schedule on one side and the survey on the other. There are collection boxes around the site. For incentive we have raffled off prizes to those who have completed the survey. We also announce the importance of the information generated for funding support throughout the day.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Yes, we achieved our planned outcomes. We utilized surveys and learned more about our audience. We will use this information for future advertising and planning.
