ACHF Arts Access
Frozen River Film Festival strives to provide access to participation in the arts for more Minnesotans, and raise the quality, types and number of arts opportunities in our region, including an increase in the organizations or venues that offer them. Frozen River Film Festival measures and evaluates through participant surveys online and in print; data collection via ticket zip codes and attendance counts; and board members attend at least 2 festival events and provide written evaluations.
