30th anniversary with a series of events in 2017 provide opportunities for young dancers, ages 5-20, and quality performances for audience members with the production of Billy Elliot, partnership with Saint Paul Ballet, and The Jungle Book. Outcomes measured by: survey of participants, parents, audience, Children's Dance Theatre board, participation and attendance numbers, revenues /expenses, video recording, interviews with key artistic staff.

Provide quality theatrical dance opportunities and productions in Southeast Minnesota -- Artistic partnership with the profession Saint Paul Ballet Company.
