Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The number of Minnesotans who are able to participate in the arts increases. The quality, types and number of arts opportunities in our region, and the organizations or venues that offer them increases. The variety and number of festivals and traditional arts activities in our region/state increases. Amanda Feterl will be responsible for creating, distributing and tabulating the results of the survey. She will develop a separate survey for participating students and art teachers. There will also be an exit survey available for all visitors on the night of the open reception. A guest book will also be left for visitors to leave comments in throughout the duration of the exhibition.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Yes, we achieved our planned outcomes. We created and tabulated the survey. This showed that the art show was successful and the venue could be larger. Perhaps the show should be limited to fewer schools or hanging art in and around the art show area.
