The number of Minnesotans who are able to participate in the arts increases. Real or perceived barriers to arts participation and arts access are identified and addressed. Mary Hillmann, project coordinator, will use data collection and surveys of students, adults and presenters to measure the goals of Young Writers and Artists Conference.

Yes, we achieved our planned outcomes. We used electronic surveys. Responses will be used to improve conference logistics and to plan specific sessions and presenters for future conferences.
