Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The number of Minnesotans who are able to participate in the arts increases. The quality, types and number of arts opportunities in our region, and the organizations or venues that offer them increases. As in previous years, we will distribute surveys at all of our concerts to gain audience support. As well as announce that cookies and water are available to those that hand in a survey. We had great results with this technique at our spring concert. At the end of the concert series, we will also survey our members to gain their feedback. Members awarded a scholarship will also be asked to thank you note about their experience. The Executive Director will be responsible for carrying out these projects.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Yes, we achieved our planned outcomes. We created a survey and used a Google Form and QR code in our concert program for audience members to use. Local high school students participated with us this year; and this helped us reach a younger audience as well. We will focus our recruitment efforts on press releases and include an invitaion to high school choirs.
