Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Our goal is to provide an outstanding learning experience for 270+ young singers and engage our 1000+ audience members at each of the free concert performances. At the end of our concert season we look at the number of current singers who sign up to return the next fall to participate in our program, and we strive to keep this retention rate at or above 88%. We will collect feedback from singers, parents, families, audience members, and board of directors members using an online survey. We will evaluate the success of these concerts by comparing the number of audience members that attend these performances and the amount of money donated to Angelica Cantanti Youth Choirs in the free will offerings.
