Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)
We plan to hold attract an audience of 1,200 to 1,500 participants. We anticipate over the course of the day to involve 100 visual artists, dancers, drummers, vocalists, musicians, and other performers. Through solicited comments and online surveys we hope to find that 75% of attendees would recommend the activity to a friend. We will solicit follow up feedback via an email survey to all online ticket purchasers. Furthermore, we will offer traditional paper survey and audience interview via volunteers at our event.
