All dancers will be more fluent in Brazilian contemporary dance. They will have a new role in the creative process by engaging in the creative content of the work from the beginning to the end of the project.Dancers will maintain reflective journals throughout the creative process. The Artistic Director will have one-on-one meetings with each artist at the end of the project.
