ACHF Arts Access
Since the show was cancelled due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the target audience and the outcomes will now be focused on the actors/technicians and other participants who were only 1 week away from opening night. They will be asked a series of questions related to their experience via email and those results will be collected and summarized by director Mary Knox-Johnson and stage manager Faith McIntyre. The evaluation method will include a survey conducted via email delivered to the cast, crew, actors, technicians and others involved. Director Mary Knox-Johnson and Stage Manager Faith McIntyre will collect and summarize the surveys. The actors will write a biography of their stage character as a means of identifying with their character and thus enhancing their performance. Participants will be asked to summarize their experience and increased knowledge, skills and attitudes regarding their theater experience by such questions as: What lessons did you learn? What was the moral of the story? What was your favorite part of the show?.
