ACHF Arts Access
As a result of Art Leap, artists will meet people interested in their art form and purchasing their art or commissioning artwork. Interactions with Art Leap visitors provide opportunities for artists to show the tools and techniques they use and answer questions. Some artists also offer demonstrations and/or hands on activities. In the past, some artists have reported they have sold more artwork on Art Leap weekend than they sold the rest of the year. In many cases, sales exceed expectations. The visitor survey will be the last page of the new booklet available in advance or at sites. Visitors will be asked to complete the page and leave it at the last site they visit. Responses will provide some numbers, assess engagement and ask for comments and suggestions. Artist surveys to be returned after the event also will provide some numbers, assess engagement and ask for comments and suggestions. Art Leap committee visits add insight into artist and visitor experiences.
