Minnesota Center for Book Arts will work with community stakeholders to address barriers to participation through a series of collaboratively designed listening sessions, arts workshops, trainings, and a culminating community print day.

Barriers to participation are ameliorated through collaboratively designed engagement and learning between MCBA and partner communities. Contact hours with partners; development of participation plan; stakeholder attendance at various program activities; surveys that rate likelihood of continued engagement; design and implementation of community print day that reflects key learnings. 2: Staff, board, and artist community demonstrate increased awareness and contribute to an accessible, inclusive, creative culture at MCBA. Attendance at equity trainings and participant surveys. Observations and feedback from participants in MCBA programming (adult education workshops, co-op, studio use). Plan for implementation from equity consultant.
