Mankato Ballet Company is committed to producing dance based concerts for southern Minnesota, while introducing the art of dance to underserved communities and youth.

To increase our involvement of underserved youth by 50% in 2020 by working with the Boys and Girls Club of Southern Minnesota. We will use written and verbal evaluations from the participants to collect feedback and data about the experience. 2: More than 90% of the staff from Boys and Girls Club will want to see continued involvement with our organization for forward. Through a survey handed out at the end of our program.
MBC was able to increase involvement with underserved youth by 87% by working with My Place of Southern, MN. We used Google Docs surveys for staff and parents so they could be emailed out. We used written evaluations for the kids who completed them on their last day of class. 2: Staff from My Place want to continued involvement with our organization for forward. Survey information and a final meeting with the program directors determined the excitement an desire to move forward with more programs like this in the future.
