As a result of this program, residents in 4 local communities will learn beginning basket making techniques by complete the weaving of an oversized beach tote bag. Evaluation methods include distribution of surveys to workshop participants at the end of each workshop to measure satisfaction in pattern, instruction, materials and location by our students and partner organizations. The number of returned evaluations and participants who sign up for our email newslettter help define overall satisfaction in workshops as well.
