The grantee had the opportunity to learn from Mark Summer, David Carter, Bruce Uchimura, Astrid Schween and other talented cello faculty this summer at “Cello: An American Experience.” The grantee set out to be newly inspired and motivated, to receive new perspectives on her playing, advice on where to attend college, and to take advantage of cello/chamber performance opportunities.
