Yourman will complete and exhibit a body of ceramic sculpture inspired by the early drawings of her daughters, accompanied by hands-on multigenerational ceramic workshops at 801 Gallery and the Rondo Library.

ACHF Arts Access
Through interacting with ceramic sculptures and hands-on clay workshops, audiences will engage in a process of creative discovery. The outcome will be evaluated by the successful completion of the work and a show at 801 Galley; and by hands-on ceramic sculpture workshops at the gallery and Rondo Library. It will be measured by participation and survey responses. 2: My technical and creative abilities will be challenged by making and exhibiting 3D ceramic sculpture inspired by my children's 2D drawing. The outcome will be evaluated by the coherent completion of this body of work and the advancement of skills and vision during the process. It will also be assessed through audience response, documentation of the work, and new opportunities generated.
Through a gallery exhibition and a clay residency participants/audiences engaged in a process of creative discovery. The work for the show was completed and exhibited with positive reception. A hands-on ceramic residency was completed at Galtier Elementary in Saint Paul. It was measured by engagement and enthusiasm, project completion + student reflections. 2: My technical and creative abilities were challenged by making and exhibiting 3D ceramic sculpture and wall art inspired by my children's 2D drawing.
