Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The audience at a public reading of Unger's work will learn how fantasy fiction helps explore questions of culture, power, and humanity. The artist will collect attendance metrics and create an experience survey for the audience to fill out that gathers information on their attitude toward fantasy and myth, whether it's shifted, and the quality of their engagement with the reading. 2: Unger will learn how to more effectively go through the revision process in preparation for submitting his novel to literary agents. The artist will receive a manuscript critique from Naomi Kritzer, including an editorial letter and an in-person meeting, at the end of which he will have a completed manuscript that is ready for the submission process.
