Audiences will engage with the physical language of BUBBLEGUM via performance and workshop series. Workshops will be held in days following performances, providing qualitative evaluation via open discussion of audience experience. Quantitative data will be measured by number of performance and workshop attendees. 2: I, along with my collaborators, will develop individual artistry while working toward a shared product. Periodic check-ins with artistic collaborators will be held to assess personal and professional needs. A post-project meeting will be scheduled to discuss steps forward, providing qualitative feedback on personal and group experience.
Audiences engaged with the movement vocabulary of Honey via live performance and a masterclass offering. 600 audience members were in attendance for the performance of 'Honey' - and nine participants for the workshop offering. Dialogue was conducted with workshop participants detailing their experiences as audience members. 2: I grew as a choreographer, producer, and dancer in this process - as a collective, we forged deeper community and artistic resilience. We maintained dynamic communication with one another to sustain a healthy and productive rehearsal space. I strive to be receptive toward feedback from my collaborators, and make decisions in the effort of group satisfaction and well-being.
