The project will develop new strategies for engaging children ages 0-5 and their families/caregivers in the play development process. During drop-in play experiences, journals will be used to record engagement and thought processes of the children. Feedback will be welcomed after performances through informal post-show dialogue to evaluate engagement of all family members. 2: I will experiment with a methodology in creating new plays for ages 0-5 to refine for future projects. I will document the project with detailed notes and conduct reflective meetings with collaborating artists to refine methodologies for future use.
