Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

I will develop a new body of artwork that reflects the scientific benefits of healing through nature with my new skills in Forest Therapy. Successful outcomes evaluated through the completion of these drawings and paintings, professional documentation of the body of work and a public exhibition. 2: Once certified in Forest Therapy, I will host a public artist talk and a nature workshop for youth to reduce stress and create intuitive art. Evaluated by the completion of a six-month certification program, public artist talk, and a workshop for Twin Cities youth. Workshop participants will complete a survey on their experience with forest therapy for stress-reduction and creativity.
