Cabello Hansel will expand her mosaic practice by developing skills in design, figure drawing, and sculpture. Workshops and exhibition of her work will take place in Minneapolis and at least one greater Minnesota community.

The artist will develop skills in sculpture, design and figure drawing, and professionalize her mosaic portfolio and marketing. The skill development will be evaluated by the artist mentors detailed in the narrative. The portfolio and marketing will be evaluated by a group of artist peers. 2: The artist will develop her ability to engage the audience to value mosaic, and to see it as an art form that they can do. Growth in artist ability to engage the audience will be measured by post-workshop group evaluations, and by evaluations by partners at the venues where the events will take place.
The artist developed skills in sculpture, design and figure drawing, and professionalized her portfolio and marketing. Mentors evaluated the artist's skills, based on an agreed upon growth plan. The portfolio and website were evaluated by artist peers, both visual artists and those working in other genres (literary, puppetry, music). 2: Within Covid limits, the artist engaged two groups in developing mosaic installations from start to finish, and taught mosaic to participants. artist ability to engage the audience will be measured by post-workshop group evaluations, and by evaluations by partners at the venues where the events will take place.
