Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Photograph wild rice harvesters and exhibiting the work to a larger community in Northern Minnesota. I will achieve this goal if I am able to photograph 25 people during the rice harvest and exhibit the photos, during the harvest to the Minnesota's Native American community, and in a gallery setting to the greater Minnesota community. 2: Create a consistent portrait style. My goal of creating a consistent portrait style will be achieved through making portraits of at least 25 people. My plan is to use an-off camera flash to create consistency.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Photographed 25 people during the harvest and instead of a gallery show, I designed and distributed a newspaper. Quantitative. 2: Created a consistent portrait style. I was able to hone in a portrait style thanks to the specific lighting I was able to use. I was able to photograph 25+ in part to the portability of the lights.
