Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

By leading workshops and readings, I'll gain public speaking skills, contribute to Minnesota's creative environment, and invite others into writing. I'll track attendance at each reading and workshop, and afterward I'll invite participants to fill out a survey that 1) asks about changes in their skills and attitudes towards writing and 2) invites evaluation of my teaching and public speaking. 2: I'll reach a career milestone by writing the last two stories in my collection, and advance my editing skills by working with a mentor on revisions. I'll create a schedule to track my progress on writing the last two stories in my collection. I'll also keep a log of editing techniques I learn from Carmen Maria Machado to mark growth in my revision process and to refer to when editing other work.
