Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

By working with mentors on structure and craft, I will complete a manuscript of my first novel Across the Fence; Gather the Sky. I will have reached my goal when I finish a full draft of my novel Across the Fence; Gather the Sky. It will be evaluated along the way by two mentors. 2: Organize a public event in conjunction with groups such as Japanese American Citizens League to raise awareness of internment. The audience will gain awareness of the Japanese-American internment. A question and answer period after the reading will allow for a dialogue with the audience. I will record attendance at the event.
