New ceramic artwork examining the personal connections to local architecture and landscape. The outcome will be evaluated by the successful completion and exhibition of this body of work.
Minnesota artists develop their artistic practice. This outcome was evaluated through the attendance and responses of the audience at a public reception and artist talk at the exhibition.

Mitchell will create a new body of ceramic work and prints that is rooted in an exploration of the suburban and agricultural landscape of Stearns County. An exhibition and artist talk is planned for a gallery space in Stearns County.
